Practical Information – Hôtel de Rohan & La Chancellerie d’Orléans

  • Faire une visite guidée

The Hôtel de Rohan is located on the Paris site of the National Archives and is currently under renovation. As a result, the decor of the Chancellerie d’Orléans, installed on the ground floor of the hôtel, is only accessible through guided tours.

Important information:

Access to the Chancellerie d’Orléans décor requires passing through a worksite area, and the visit is therefore not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

For safety reasons, only guided tours led by National Archives staff are permitted.

The first floor (including the Salon des Fables and Salon des Singes) is closed during ongoing restoration work.

The cour d’honneur (main courtyard) of the hôtel and the cour des Chevaux du Soleil are also closed to visitors during this period.
